Dear CR001 I went 16th October 2017 Glasgow PSC,Application category SET(LR).My previous leave was Tier 1 Entrepreneur with valid Visa.Caseworker handed a letter after two hours and told me your submitted documents is fine but home office need to do some further checks and he told me he will call me within 5 working days.Still he did not call me.

Please advise me how long can be take and from my circumstances what he can check and why he told me he will call me 5 working days.Please advise me

It might take much longer as your time spent under Tier 1E will have to be checked which takes a while. You may be asked to submit more evidence to show you invested in a genuine business or even attend an interview.

nirobsagar7, you said that ur last visa is Tier1 Entrepreneur. So are u in first 3 years of Tier1 Entrepreneur or did u get it extended ?

Thank you very much for your reply. But my case worker told me the documents which you have submitted it's absolutely spot on!But home office needs to do some further checks!He assured me will give me a call back within 5 working days,he must knows how long does takes to carried out to that checks. However shall I involve MP to regards that.

My friend had the same situation as yours , they called him after a week , received his ILR confirmation after that by post . So don't worry . You will get it . He was on tier 1 entrepreneur.
