Tier 2 General - ILR - Salary credited as Faster payments incoming (FPI)

hi all,
I have my ILR appointment very soon, and just noticed that my salary is being credited as FPI (faster payments incoming) rather than as a BGC (Bank Giro Credit).
My current employer is using the payment reference as '<company name>'.
Will this make any difference how it is paid? Sorry if I am sounding too naive?
Thanks

This has no relevance to your visa application

Thank you.
Reason why I raised this is - when I asked my bank to issue a letter confirming my salary - they were "surprised" that it was a FPI rather than a BGC. Hence why I raised this.
Couple of other queries:
a) I also took a personal loan very recently (2 months ago, and have started paying monthly installments since). I hope that is ok too?
b) 4 years ago, when I was outside of the UK - I worked from home initially for 10 days and then took the remaining 15 days as paid annual leave. The set O form asks for 'date of leaving' and 'date of entry' and 'reason'. What should I specify here? Shall I say the reason as 'business + paid annual leave' ?

Don't you have payslips and bank statements ?
