Hello,
I would like to apply for the ILR 10 year route visa.
current situation
[*]Student visa from 2007-2013 Tier 4 VISA
[*]2013-Present EEA Visa extended family of Europeean National Exercising treaty rights
[*] Dilemma, Lost passport twice during 2013- present. How can prove I was not out the country for more than 6 months?
Please provide a list of documents to provide for myself and partner ((EEA national ) to be submitted for the ILR 10 year route.
CAN I use the premium service or the fact i lost my passports twice makes it a not straightforward application ?

The form provides a list of documents HO expects to see if you do not hold all the passports for the full 10 years.
You will also need to provide extensive documentation for the WHOLE period you have been on the EEA EFM card to prove your EU sponsor was a qualified person exercising treaty rights.
Is it only yourself applying??
Is your EEA EFM an unmarried partner residence card?
What date did your Tier 4 visa expire?
What date did your Residence card start?
Why not apply for PR under the EEA rules next year when you qualify??

Thank you for your reply,
Yes Only me applying for now, she wish to apply on a later on. shes technically British being born in the UK. A lawyer advise that not to until I am ILR?
Yes my EEA card is unmarried partner card
Tier 4 visa expired in February 2014
EEA Residence card started in December 2013, so I managed to switch status before my student visa expires.
Why not apply for PR under the EEA rules next year when you qualify??
She being offer a Job in middle east next year, so i am being proactive in trying to secure my ILR prior for her to be granted the job. I would rather pay 65£ than £2997 otherwise

Should be fine then provided you have all the documents to prove she has been a qualified person exercising treaty rights for the time spent as EFM if you want to use the time towards your long residence ILR.

This is the relevant date as you are an unmarried partner. It is different if you were married.
You need bank statements, P60's, payslips, proof of accommodation etc etc.
