I am currently holding a pbs dependent extension and qualify for an ILR in February 2018 under the 5 year route. My husband is already a British citizen now,I first entered UK in May 2013 under PBS dependent(tier 1 general dependent) and since 2013 I have been extending under the same catergory(never switched to other),now under 5 year route I will be eligible to apply for an ILR in Feb.2018.I am confused whether to use SET(O) or SET(M) form.I have never been employed in the UK (a housewife),therefore if I have to apply through SET(O) how will the point scoring system affect me?

Why do you believe you qualify for ILR in February 2018 if you only entered the UK in May 2013???

It is Set(O) for PBS dependents and there is no 'point scoring'. You only complete the section relevant to you.
My husband is already a British citizen now
On what basis did your husband get ILR, 5 years Tier 1 or 10 years long residence?

Thank you so much for answering.Sorry,it was an error on my part to write Feb.2018 instead of May/June 2018.My husband obtained his ILR on the basis of 5 year route.
