Problem on new ILR Set(o) 2017/10 version

In Section 12- documents, it said You must also provide the relevant documents specified in 12B to 12L for the category in which you are applying.
It is strange that there is only 12B to 12I in the new 2017/10 version. Is it a mistake for the HO? They are missing 12J 12K 12L. They are not careless about the Set (o) form.
The importance thing is that there is no option for T1 investor.
12B Employment not requiring a work permit
12C Highly skilled............judicial review policy document
12D Tier 2 migrant
12E UK ancestry
12F Bereaved partner
12G Retired persons of independent means
12H Representative of an overseas business
12I Other purposes or reasons not covered by other forms
Can anyone suggest me a option, please?
