ILR for PBS Dependent visa holder

I am preparing for ILR application for my wife. She currently holds PBS Dependent visa and has completed 5 years of residency in the UK. I received my ILR last year and have got citizenship last month. I was on Tier1 (General) before ILR and citizenship. I understand she will be main applicant in SET(O) form. I have few questions regarding this:
1. In section 4, for knowledge of English, she has done MBA and all her subjects were taught in English. I am not sure if we still have to apply for UK NARIC. I was checking UK NARIC website and the online form asks for Immigration Tier and Immigration Route. I am not sure if we have to select ‘Tier1’ or ‘Family, Settlement and Nationality’ in Immigration Tier.
2. In Section 6 – Immigration History, we had gone for holidays few times in last 5 years. Does she have to submit any evidence as part of section 6.3?
3. For section 12I, do we have to submit any other document as part of it?

Have you calculated her 5 years residence from the date she entered the UK as a PBS dependent??

1. If it is a foreign degree, she needs NARIC UKVI red route for settlement.

2. No evidence, just list the absence.

3. Not relevant to PBS Dependents. Section 12I is for 'other' categories, i.e. discretionary leave to remain.
