P60 query !!! Please help

Hi All, I have my appointment for 30 Nov 2017 however have a question regarding the P60 forms.

I am planning to submit the P60 forms for the last 3 years with the annual incomes as below:

Year 1 (Apr 16 to Mar 17) - around £43K
Year 2 (Apr 15 to Mar 16) - around £56K
Year 3 (Apr 14 to Mar 15) - around £44K

As as you can see for year 2 the figure is much higher than than year 3 and year 1. This was mainly because of overtime done during this period.

My question is would that be an issue ?

Would it be ok to submit my P60s ?

Thanks

You have bumped your topic after less than 2 hours. It is a Saturday, we have families and other committments too.

It would help if you actually stated the visa route you are basing your ILR on or should we guess??

Apologies CR001 as a bit worried about the situation due to the appointment being just around the corner and hence wanted some clarification.

My bad for not mentioning my current visa route earlier. I am currently on Tier 2 - General visa and would be applying based on my 5 years continuous period.

Thanks

Does the form ask you to submit P60's?

Does the form state you must have the same income for the full 5 years??

I am using the SET (O) application form as per the rules for Tier 2 to ILR route.

However after reading through various threads here on this website, people have submitted their P60s or been asked by the case worker on the day of appointment. So that is the reason wanted to confirm if the variation in income for the last 3 years ok.

Thanks

There is no requirement to submit P60's. You need to follow the instructions on the form of what to submit, i.e. 3 months payslips and 3 months bank statements.

Please, read page 76 of the form again.
