Set(o) 04/17 and 10/17 difference

Rhetorical question still curious

This line has been deleted in the 10/17 form compared to 04/17 - Under Section 12 - Documents

You should photocopy each of these documents and provide the copies in
addition to the originals. You should also provide passport/s along with photocopies of any pages
that contain personal details, visas or immigration stamps (foreign or UK).

Can anyone who applied with the new form throw some light on if CWs still ask for photocopies or not, especially PEO/PSC appointments?

Also, under Section 12D, what does this mean?

For the period before you were granted leave as a Tier 2 migrant, documents showing that
you met the relevant requirements of the immigration rules.

It's their usual approach. which is to make the forms as non user friendly as possible! If for example you were combining time spent as a Tier 1 General migrant and a Tier 2 migrant to make up the 5 year period, you would need to show that you met the requirements of the immigration rules whilst you were a Tier 1 migrant. In your situation, because you have spent all 5 years as a Tier 2 migrant, this doesn't apply to you. Best wishes with the ILR application.

Thanks makky86.

Not to discredit UMBA, squeezing all possible questions into a single form, for various categories, is not a simple task.

Got ILR approved last Saturday, will post details on the tracker.
