Applying for ILR

Hi there,
im confused i hope i can find help.

I have been granted disctionary leave to remain in Nov 2011 which expired Nov 2014 Re-applied for ext Oct 2014 been sent the ext Oct 2015
the expiry date on theresident permit Nov 2018 the HO took 1 year to grant the ext this time count toward my 6 years?can i apply this year? if so can i use premium service in like January time , or i cant because i past the 28 days? ? Thank you very much. Waiting your reply.

As you have been granted DLR since 2011 and then a further grant in 2015, you would be eligible to apply for ILR once you have reached 6 years of continuous DL.

I understand that you had to wait 1 year for your second grant of DL, my understanding is the waitibg time for a decisywould count towards your legal stay of DL as you seem to have made an in time application and would have been covered by section 3C, so it should count towards that time.

Thank you for your quick reply, but can i still use the premium service i reached 6 years this Nov 2017 but now we are in Dec can i still use it ? much appreciated

Yes you can still use premium service.
