SET (LR) with EEA time

Hi,

I have a question for SET (LR) application form:
I'm married to an EEA national who has been settled here (on PR) since 2015 for 3 years. Therefore, part of my 10 years long residence period is covered by family member of EEA national visa.
In the question D15. Please state on what basis the EEA national was exercising treaty rights. Is this a question in regards to my husbands status? If so, does that mean I have to fill in all his employment history and study history for the table D15. as well as D16. Meanwhile question D16. If EEA treaty rights were exercised in employment, self-employment or study, please give details below starting with the most recent. I take this is about all his employment history since he arrived in the UK? or just the period covering EEA family member visa of mine? To provide evidence to support this sector, I take pay slip and employment letter will be enough?
Thanks a lot
Ameko

Yes

Period you have been on the EEA route.

No it is not enough. You will need bank statements, P60's, evidence of their identity and likely evidence of cohabitation.

How long have you been married and on the EEA residence card?

My card of a family member of an EEA national was issued on 15th Jul 2013, and we got married on 23rd of Apr 2013. Which start date shall I use to provide the evidence for?

For evidence of cohabitation: I have provided several different types of documents to cover each year, which include: bank statements (for our joint account), council tax bill, and utility bills. Is that enough?

Date of marriage.

Cohabitation docs should be fine. Maybe tenancy agreement?

ok, Thanks.
In terms of your comments about 'No it is not enough. You will need bank statements, P60's, evidence of their identity and likely evidence of cohabitation.'
I take the bank statements have to be the account he receives his salary? or this is just to prove his address? P60's is not a problem we have all these filed anyways. Evidence of my husband's identity, do I have to provide his original passport? or a copy of this would be sufficient? Evidence of cohabitation has been covered in B12. To prove our cohabitation I have drawn up a table to show each month with the address details and what documents to approve. However, the documents type cover various sources, such as bank statement for our joint account for first year of cohabitation, the council tax bill under my name and utility bill under his name for 2 years, and last year to present I have provided council tax bill which got both our names on it. I take this is sufficient enough.
Thanks a lot for your helps here. Much appreciated.

Copy is fine, certified.

Thanks for the quick response.
Certified copy - can it be a signed and verified copy done by an accountant? Or it has to be formally certified copy by the French Consulate (My husband holds a French passport)?

Should be ok or the Post Office does it to for a small fee.
