Hi all,
I am planning to apply for ILR 10 years route but I had my tier 1 Entrepreneurs visa refused once and I was given the right to appeal to which the case went to First Tier court and I got my appeal accepted on first hearing but I got the visa after about 7 months from Ukba
In total the whole process took about 1 year.
I was on Psw before applying tier 1 visa
My question is ::
Will that 1 year be counted in my 10 years stay for ILR. ?

Thanks

If you won your appeal and they granted leave, then I think that you were covered under Section 3C. This period should be okay under Long Residence.
