Hello guys,
Please i'm applying via the premium service and being careful not to lose the money and also waste the day.
I'm confused where it comes to signing of the page 26 of 10 years rule SET LR indefinite for as the heading provides for the jointly named person on bank/ utility bill statements which is my spouse to sign but it then contradicts by asking for name of applicant.
Please should is be my spouse name and signature or my name then my spouse signature. As i can see written boldly "Name and address of Applicant" i thought it should have been "Name and address of joint account holder".
Please i will appreciate if someone can educate me on this.

You write your name in the 'applicant' box etc and your spouse just signs and dates.

No, your name as the applicant. Spouse only signs.
