Hi all!
I could not find this information on the board,if anyone has this experience or
have knowledge about the school penalty. Please could you share or guide me
as following circumstances, will be highly appreciated.
I applied BC(BRITISH CITIZENSHIP) couple of months ago and still waiting for
reply from home office. My wife she is currently on spouse visa and due to
apply ILR in July 2018 on a long residence(10 years) basis.we have child who
is British citizen and full time year 3 student.we have to few weeks away on
holidays and our child will not attend school for 1 week.I know if child do
not attend for 3 days will face penalty notice from The Education Welfare
Service (EWS) of £60.00 to each parent.
my question is:
Is there any effect on my wife's ILR applicatiom assuming we paid the fines on time.
please could anyone help me.Many thanks in advance
