Hi

My friend has completed lawful 10 years in UK and he wants to apply for ILR on the basis of long residency.
His last leave to remain was refused and he was granted appeal right and his court hearing is on 21/01/2018.He is covered under section 3c .
He got same day premium service appointment on 26/01/2018.
Questions:-
1- Does he need to withdraw his appeal before he can attend PEO on 26/01/2018
2- If he withdraw his appeal how many total days he will be considered as legal
3- What is best date to withdraw his appeal

Please help

Just out of interest, why are you always making inquiries for these people, why can't they sign up and make inquiries themselves.

I would suggest you ask all these 'friends' to register and ask their own questions. It is their futures at stake not yours.
