hello everyone,

I am bit confuse which category I should apply, please help with your advice.

My history are:-

came uk in 2007 on student dependent visa stayed in same category till 2010.
2011 switch from student dependent to tier1 main applicant showed two PAYE job.
2013 extended tier1 visa valid till 2016 showed PAYE plus Self-employed job.

in 2016 I switched from tier1 to dependent of settled person (FLR M) because could not achieve the income target and husband had ILR.

I had a issue with my Self employed income, which I did ammend and pay the right tax before apply and which i mention in a seperate form when I switched to dependent visa.

in 2016 husband got ILR on long residency basic, had Daughter in 2017 both got british passport now.

in 2011 one of my PAYE employer became bankrupt and had no pay any employee tax to HMRC so in my employement history his name is not mention which I checked already.

I am eligible for 10 year long residency but worry about previous employement if they check...

never had any visa issue all visa applied in Same Day service.

so please advice me which will be the safest way SET(LR) or FLR(M)??

Tax amendments can lead to further checks ! Be ready for that

SET LR

all my tax is uptodate apart from my previous PAYE where he no paid any to hmrc.

Gurus/Moderators pls give me any advice ....
