Tier 5 Youth Mobility for ILR?

Hello
This has probably been asked countless times before, so sorry in advance. I did find an old thread from 2016, but just wanted to ask in case anything has changed.
I was on a Tier 5 Youth Mobility Visa for 2 years, and am currently sponsored on a Tier 2 General Visa. Can I apply for Indefinite Leave to Remain using the time spent under both Visas after 5 years? I have read that this is a no, but I cannot seem to find any guidance on the gov.uk website stating this? Can someone please direct me to where I can find this guidance?
