Job Creation In Extension Period for ILR Application

Hi,
I have a questions to ask, with reference to my time line attached under,
Time Line
Entry Date 06-02-2013 (Visa Granted for 3 years and 4 Months) under TIER 1 ENTREPRENEUR
Extenstion Applied on 25-05-2016
Extension Approved on 15-06-2017
Extension Valid till 15-06-2019
Note:
3 Businessess were used to claim points out of which 2 businesses have been closed now &
These jobs were continued till Oct 2017 & I am planning to claim points for my ILR application now
1) Can my two full time jobs between June 2016-May 2017 be used for ILR application even though our extension was approved in June 2017 or have I lost 13 months of my life because UKBA just didnt bothered to reply??
2) Can we apply for ILR application in Feb 2018 (or even 30days before) since I entered UK in Feb 2013? Please consider that UKBA took 13 months for granting extension.

2) Yes, you can apply for your ILR (if you entered UK before May 2013) next week. (28 days before 5/2)
1) You can use the jobs during
12 months before application date - i.e. from Jan 2017 (if you apply after 11th Jan when the new rules are effective). So not from June 2016, but from Jan/Feb 2017.

and the answer is no. Your 1yr worth of employment is from the day of your recent visa, not from the application date, technically you lost 13 months worth of employment for two employees. you cannot use them in your ILR application.

Sorry, but you are wrong.
You are using information from your experience a year back.
If you read my reply, I pointed out that the employment can be used based on the CHANGES in the rules effective 11 Jan 2018.
