10 year long residence and traffic offence

Dear gurus,
I have cd30 and sp60 both with 3 points and £100 fines didn't go to court were on the spot and paid later.I am applying ilr on 10 years basis my question is do I need to declare it?if so where do I have to decare it?

You need to declare ANY fixed penalty notices & court fines. You can write details on page 22 of form AN. I don't see any negative impact on your application.

Answer NO to any questions asking if you have any criminal conviction or civil penalty and then just mention the FPNs on page 22.

Such fines will not lead to refusal as they are not recorded on your criminal record

Thanks Zimba u have always been very helpful, do I need to declare these because I am worried that either I should declare them or not and if I have to declare them where in the form I have to declare them?
Told by many people to declare them as the friend above also said to declare .thnx

Declare them but they will have no effect
