I am applying for ILR after completing qualifying period through Tier 1 General.
As per section 12, I need to provide relevant documents specified in 12B to 12L for the category in which i am applying. Strangely, only 12B to 12I is listed in the form. 12J to 12L is not listed.
12B Employment not requiring a work permit
12C Highly skilled............judicial review policy document
12D Tier 2 migrant
12E UK ancestry
12F Bereaved partner
12G Retired persons of independent means
12H Representative of an overseas business
12I Other purposes or reasons not covered by other forms
It is not clear which category I would fall under. I will be applying through Tier 1 route. Could experts help me in advising the appropriate category?
