IlR (long residency)

HI, first of this is my first time posting in this forum, however, I've been reading immigration help from this webite.
My wife has been granted spous visa( 5 years route) since October 2015 and it's time to extend now, but the situation is she came in the uk July 2006 and she has been living legally since then.
Is she allow to apply for ILR on the basis of long residency?
Can anyone advice on this matter please ?
