Hi,
First of all, thanks to all you guys for contributing to this brilliant forum.
My query is regarding my PR. I was given Tier 2 visa extension for 3 years which will expire next year in March but I will complete my qualifying period for PR this year in March.
Am I OK in thinking that I can apply for my PR in March this year? or Do I have to wait for my current visa to expire next year(which will be 6 years of qualification for PR).

My query is regarding my PR.
"PR" is under the EEA/EU rules.
"ILR" is applications under the UK Immigration rules.
You can apply for
ILR once you meet the 5 year residence requirement and other standard requirements.

Thanks for clarifying the two terms and providing the information
One more question, can I apply up to 28 days in advance before I qualify for ILR? or Do I have to wait to complete my full 5 years as I still have valid visa to stay after completing 5 years?
If yes, then when should I book my Premium service appointment?
Thanks in advance.

Yes. No sooner than within 28 days before the date of reaching 5 years, counted from the date your initial Tier 2 was granted/issued.
Assuming of course you meet all the requirements, i.e. salary.

Brilliant! Thank you, yes I meet all the other criterion set out for ILR.
Last question, there's this document requirement on Set(o) form that suggests to provide a document:
"For the period before you were granted leave as a Tier 2 migrant, documents showing that you met the relevant requirements of the immigration rules. For further information concerning the evidence required, please refer to the Tier 2 migrant policy guidance on our website"
Can you please suggest what this document is? Do I have to provide this? If yes then what evidence should I do?
The company I work with didn't do a market labor test for my visa when they assigned me CoS as I switched from PSW so MLT wasn't required.
Thanks in advance.
