Now I see the dates available from 1st week of March but when I select a date its not showing any slots, does that mean all slots are booked or the system is still refreshing ?

it seems all dates are booked unfortunately.. sometime when an appointment become available for an early date then system shows all dates in BLACK but when you actually click on most recent one, system would advise you the available slots and then next available date..

Hope it helps

- Secured Appointment for 2nd week of March.
I am filling the SET( O) and have below doubts. Please help.

1.10 : Earlier me and my partner applied ( ILR for her and Extension for me ) together, She has got Reference on her letter and I dont have any even though both were processed together, So what should I fill this

5.3 : I have recently moved to Perm role in Mid Nov from contracting. My Sal for Nov and Dec are different. So not sure what figure should i keep ( average or Yearlysal/12)

6.3: As I am a dependant what reason should I select to provide proof ?

7.1: Speed awareness course should I mention ?

11.2.4: I had my Indian passport renewed in UK. What answer should i give to " Country of Issue and Issuing Authority "

Most recent.
6.3: As I am a dependant what reason should I select to provide proof ?
Not relevant to you.
7.1: Speed awareness course should I mention ?
Yes.
11.2.4: I had my Indian passport renewed in UK. What answer should i give to " Country of Issue and Issuing Authority "

Is C1 Higher than B1 ? and Mandatory of Medium of instruction ?
- Cohabitation documents - 2 years or 5 years ?
2 years.

- Joint Bank statement from 2 Banks
- Individual Driving Licenses
- Council Bills
- Birth Certificates of 2 Kids
- Marriage Certificate

Regarding Absences -
- So Just list absences and doesnt need to check any box as proof ?

C1 is higher than B1. Medium of instruction I understand is mandatory.

2 years cohabitation as I have already answered in THIS topic.

List absence, no proof needed as I have already answered in THIS topic.

I came in April 2013 as PBS Dependant. Planning to do ILR in Next month

However I have 252 days absence during 2013-2014 period.

If Home office takes Qulifying period it wont have problem.

if taken consecutive days I will have problem.

Please suggest as i am worried now.

As the link I already provided in the other topic you tagged onto, absences up to 10th January 2018 WILL NOT be counted towards the 180 days absence limit.

Happy to share that my ILR is approved this morning and waiting for BRP now.

- Earlier absences they did not count I guess and I did not provide any sort of supporting document for that.

- You can happily take your laptop and work there during the process.

One point I would recommend is to carry your Spouse Passport in Original even when you are applying on your own.
As I was not carrying it the lady told case will be on hold till I submit, I told her I can submit in 2 hrs give me time . She said Ok.

Thanks to CR001 and all other members.

Congratulations VijayUK.

You applied as PBS dependent separately meaning not with the main applicant?

Where did you mention your absence of 260days

Because I see that ILR form SET(o)for dependents we have to specify absence dates only if the leave was granted after 11 Jan 2018.

What cohabitation document did you submit during the 260 days absence

Hi Kumar,

Yes I applied independently, not with the main applicant. Main applicant is citizen now and had ILR from 2015.

I have filled 6.2 and did not submit any proof for the absences as in 6.3 the category was not listed.
6.14 I have not filled as I did not extend my visa later than 11th Jan 2018.

And regarding cohabitation documents . Below are the ones I submitted.

• Marriage Certificate
• Joint Account Bank Statements
• Mortgage Statement from XXX Bank including both the names
• Council Tax bills showing both our names( March 2013 till date )
• Household Notification or Voter Registration letters/ Poll Cards from last 5 years issued to both of us
• NHS Letters addressed to both me and my spouse
• My Driving Licence and Copy of my Spouse Driving Licence showing the same address
• Copy of our two sons Birth Certificate
• Copy of Tenancy Agreements (From March 2013 till April 2016)

Please note that they did not ask specific documents , He just said " Original documents what you want to submit " - 1st Set and 2nd Set - Photo copies of the same.

PLease dont forget to take your partners Passport and ILR Card if applicable.

Let me know if you need any more information.

Regards,
VJ
