Hello there
My ILR for 10 year Long stay got refused due to a overstay at the HSMP stage . This was never bought up in the past 10 years and I wasn’t awear if the same as I was communicated by the Home office even though they apparently don’t conciser this letter as a valid letter .
However now I am now eligible to apply for tier 1 general 5 year ILR . Do you think this over stay at the HSMP stage would be an issue for the tier 1ILR ?
Thanks

Arrived in sept 2017 overvstay for two months while communicating through an MP and the home office responded to the query in 2009, tier1 granted in March 2013.five years will be completed to Feb2018 . There is no Tax amendments .. all due taxes have been paid and can prove the earnings in 12 months within the last 15 months for the ILR , was wondering if this over stay in 2009 would affect the current application for ILR under the tier 1 route .

No. A previous period of overstaying under HSMP route will not be an issue for ILR under Tier 1 route

Self employed individuals must file self assessment and declare ALL their incomes

Hello
Please can you advice how to cancel an appeal .. my solicitor has emailed the customer Servive board on the 16th Feb mailto:
customer.service@hmcts.gsi.gov.uk
For a cancellation . Today I have received a document bundle regarding this . How can I communicate to the HO urgently as my solicitor no longer is in business .
I have applied on another route and received the visa already .
