Hello everyone,

I have some questions about 10 year long residency,

I am currently on Tier 1 entrepreneur ( 50K Team) , I got my Extension in February 2017. I will qualify for 10 years in March 2018 ( only month & half ) . I was interviewed at my initial application of Tier 1 , but no interview or visit was called on extension , it was approved in 8 weeks.

My questions are ,

1. So I need to take my company tax Returns with me to The same day appointment service ?

2. I know this must have been discussed here before , What date should I consider to qualify for 28 days period ? Date I got the visa granted ? Or the date I entered the UK ?

3. Also do I need to take my personal self assessment record with me as well , if yes for how long Period ( last 5 years or last 10 years).

4. Do we need to show Home Office proof of residency from last 10 years period ( like utilities or bank statements )

Thanks a lot in advance for your time & replies

1. Take them in case you are asked for them.

2. Date you ENTERED the UK is used when applying for ILR based on long residence.

3. Take them in case you are asked for them.

4. Yes, passports for the whole 10 years are sufficient.
