Booked the wrong category for premium service

Dear all,

My wife entered UK 5 years ago as a dependant of a tier 2 worker (me). I've just got settled and naturialised and we're looking to apply my wife for settlements. Initially we thought my wife should be applied as Set(M) category so we went a head and book a premium service (at Croydon premium service) under Set(M). However, we've just realised that in fact it must be Set(O). We're now trying to change the appointment category but doesn't look like the website allowed. We don't want to cancel the appointment (in 2 weeks) as I think they've fully booked for the next 2 months. Wondering is it possible for us to call them (not sure should I call to Croydon Centre directly) and ask them to change my wife's category? Believe the fee for both Set(M) and Set(O) should be the same?

Complete form Set(O) and explain error at centre. Should not be an issue.
