Hello members,

I got my ILR through TIER2 Gen work visa in 2015 and my dependants are still with Tier-2Gen dependant visa valid until dec-2018.

I’m planning to apply my dependants ILR. My wife is working and kid is 3 years old.

My questions are

1. Do I need to fill Set o or set m form?
2. My understanding is “My wife is main applicant and kid is dependant”. Is that correct?
3. Do I need to submit my wife’s employment letters, p45/p60 and bank statements as she working?
4. Cohabitation docs should be only for 2 years not 5 years?
