Posted: Wed Jan 31, 2018 2:26 am
Hello all,
Please advise me on statements have given below;
Came as Student to Uk 07 Jan 2009.
1. Student extension till Oct 2011
2. PSW valid till Sep 2013
3. Tier 1 Entrepreneur refused due to over a month bank statement and job ads under 50k.
(full right of appeal) but I did not appeal it due to Business plan and was not happy about it as being misguided.
4. Varied to Tier 4 from Tier 1 -Team, done by myself.
5. T4 college revoked, received a letter that state to make a fresh application within 60 days which was made on time again same on T4 granted till March 2016.
6. College revoked again but did not get any curtailment letter until I found a job in Tier 2 which were almost 8 months cap whereas granting of my Tier 2 visa valid till April 2018 now planning of changing to Tier 2 dependant as my partner being on Tier 2 G main.
I was frequently have been traveling only stopped at 1st time due to Tier 1 refusal after that they never stopped me.(this is my travel history)
So far absence out of the country for 175 days in total only during a stay in the UK.
---------------------------------------------------------------
Questions are:
1. Would I be eligible to apply an ILR under 10 years long residency? ( as I have to swap my visa to dependant from main at last bit )
2. From above statement NO 6; the college was too suspended and turn to revoked in 20/06/2014 at the same time I did not receive the curtailment letter until I was granted my Tier 2 visa on Feb 2015 and valid till April 2018 during the gab and no letter received from HO still count my days towards 10 years? is that any broken time in between? or did break my time during these?
3. So when can I apply 28 days before? a little confusion on that?
4. Which app form do I need to fill up?
5. Is my case straightforward or difficult due to being on a different categories visas?
6. What are the documents required of me?
I do not want to spend money on solicitors so please I would need a strong advice so I can apply on my own J!
Looking forward to hearing from you all
Thanks in Advance guys!
Regards,
LIH
