ILR- Salary Credited from audit company

Hello Good Samaritans,
I am on Tier 2 General visa and I have been recently sponsored by my client and I am due to apply ILR in 2 months.
I understand that Payslips and Bank Statements are mandatory for ILR.
My concern is our company is a US based company and they have a branch in UK so they run their Payroll through an Audit company in UK.
When i received salary this month, I have received it under "payroll audit" company instead of my client who sponsored me. I see no trace of my client's name on the details of the salary credited.
Q1. Is this going to be a problem when I apply for my ILR?
Note: There is no way they can revert the credited salary and start a Payroll just to credit my salary under their name
Q2. Does a letter from my client stating that they are using a Payroll audit company, instead of their own payroll helps along with the application?
Can someone help me with a solution here?
