Passport Lost in tier2

I'm eligible for applying for ilr in april completing 5 years in tier 2 general .
While on tier 2 general, on a trip to Netherlands i had lost my Indian passport.
The brp wasn't lost.
The dutch police had issued me a passport loss certificate but this is in Dutch language.
I came back to UK without any issues.
On the ILR application it says to give them all the previous passports along with the application.
Few of my journeys during this 5 year were stamped on the old passport which i dont have proofs now as i lost the passport. Secondly the police report for the lost passport is in dutch.
Does the police report need to be translated in English ? If yes, who can help ?
