I had initial visa stamped for tier 1 ent 200K on 25 march 2014. Enterred UK my specified date is 29 may, 2014. I got extension on 22 sept 2017. I have created jobs for 6 full time employees from oct to jan each working 4 month,so 24 months requirement after extension is fullfilled, as i am pre April transitional arrangement. I have set up another business and i might discontinue my old business.
What i just read that transitional arrangement does not apply after 7april 2019. I can apply only by 2 may 2019 for my ILR which means if i discontinue my old business all my job creation wasted or they are ok? beacuse they need to be working for 1 full year each.
A) now if i hire my old staff in new company their work at old company for 5 months, would that be counted as both companies are 100% mine? B) My question is would my old jobs created will be taken into consideration if i apply after 2 may or sept,2019.
C) If my old company keep 2 employees who worked for 5 months but with a new job title is that acceptable for 1 year?
Please advise

Next question is now if i create 2 jobs in new company lasting for 12 months each. lets say job title A and job title B. JOB A one employee work 4 months and another employee 6 and another employee 2 months, does this make 12 month continuous job as per requirement after transitional arrangement. Job exist but in between employee leave and join new ones?

1. You can apply for your ILR 28 days before 25 March 2019, so well in time for transitional arrangements.
So the other questions are quite irrelevant.

Thankyou very much marcnath, so that means even in the extension application i put my specified date 29 may 2014. I can apply for ILR 28 days before the 25 march 2019 on basis that my visa was stamped on 25 march 2014. Is there any link i can see on immigration guidance about this please?
