Enterpreneur to ILR (10 years)

Hi
I came in uk in april 2008. I have applied my enterpreneur extension in july 2017 . My wife applied as my dependent. We are still waiting for result. I will be eligibile for 10 years long residency next month. I need advice what i need to do
If i go for 10 years ILR then which visa i will apply for my wife?

Once you receive you ILR, in 30 days you will receive a letter to extend your wife's visa or you can apply her visa once your ILR approves.
One more thing you can get her FLR(FP) same day.
So there are many choices.

but momi as he is going to vary the application he wont get result the same day... as we have seen in forum that when u vary from tier1 enterpre. they always give them this letter saying for further checks... so what are his options even at premium service.. once he vary the application wife will be an overstayer..

No. Not everyone. One guy got ILR same day, he applied on 23rd Jan and got ILR approved in 3 and half hour.
Another one got ILR yesterday and received approval after 3 weeks of applying.
On immigration board only those people are reporting who have problems, others are just staying away. Many even don't know about these forums.

It is FLR(M) and not FLR(FP).

I post this all a two month before. I have completed my 10 years period 23rd march 2018 but unfortunately my enterpreneur extension application was refused 27th march 2018 because of mentinance funds issue. My team memeber got his visa even i was awarded all points but not for maintinence funds . I send them two statements which cover my maintinenece funds requirement but they missed one and make decision on other statement. Now i already Apply my AR but i want to know if i my AR refused can i apply for ILR on the bases of 10 years.

I have completed my 10 years period 23rd march 2018 but unfortunately my enterpreneur extension application was refused 27th march 2018 because of mentinance funds issue. My team memeber got his visa even i was awarded all points but not for maintinence funds . I send them two statements which cover my maintinenece funds requirement but they missed one and make decision on other statement. Now i already Apply my AR but i want to know if i my AR refused can i apply for ILR on the bases of 10 years.

You can apply for your ILR (LR) even when your AR is in process.

When u completely ur 10 years on 23'march... why u r waiting until now? U can even apply for ilr even after rejection... do it asap.. dont wait for AR result. Good luck.
