Hi, everyone, I have one question:

My initial visa was obtained on: March 26, 2013 (Before April 2014)

Date A: My initial visa was expired on: March 25, 2016

Date B: My extension application was submitted on: March 14, 2016

Date C: My extension application was granted on: May 7, 2016

One of two employees remained until now, but one left at the end of April, 2017 ( that means there is a 7-day-gap to reach 12 months (365 days) if the starting date is May 7, 2016). I am planning to apply for the ILR under T1(E) on March 1 this year. In regard to the extra job created, which date is earliest beginning date: Date A, B, or C?

May 7, 2016 when Tier 1E extension granted. You need 104 weeks of full time employment from that date before applying for ILR.

,...that is 52 weeks x 2 yrs (for 1 employee)

Hi, everyone. I am applying for settlement under T 1(E) and has a problem:

When I asked my banker to print out my 90 days' bank statements on which I found the earliest date on that statement was 85 days ago. My banker advised me such 90 days' bank statement would not cause problem according to their experiences.

I am not sure whether it is safe to submit this documents now or just wait for another 5 days to get new bank statement on which the first transaction took place on the first day of last 90 days.

Assuming you mean ILR when you say 'settlement'. There is no maintenance fund requirement for ILR.

First of all congrats for your ILR . In your timeline you mentioned HO requested another bank letter from you . Could you please tell why was that ? And did you submit your business bank statement as well ?

I didn't submit my business bank statement in my original application and that's why I was asked.
