Hi,my query is regarding my Tier 1 Entrepreneur settlement (Indefinite Leave to Remain) application, Please check my timeline:

Visa granted : 27-04-2013

visa expired : 27-04-2016

Extension Apply : 25-04-216

Visa Refused : 23 January 2017

Administrative Review: 02 February 2017

Administrative Review refused: 02 March 2017

Fresh application : 14 March 2017

JR Apply: 21 April 2017

HO asked to withdraw JR : July 2017

Visa granted : 13-08-2017

Fresh Application fees return : August 2017

Visa Valid : 13-08-2019

So now my 5 years are complete on 26-04-2018 but in my BRP date mentioned is 13-08-2019. Do I need to apply before 26 April 2018 or I have to wait till 13-08-2019. I have asked the same question to Home Office and they said "As you were granted Leave to Remain on 27 April 2013 and as long as you have not had any periods of time where you had no valid leave and have held CONTINUOUS leave for the required 5 years you can apply for Indefinite Leave".. Please help me on this matter and let me know when I am eligible to apply for Settlement visa under Tier1 Entrepreneur.

employee status : 4 part time and 1 full time since 2015 till now working.

HO has correctly answered you. You can apply for your ILR anytime from 01-04-2018 (28 days before 5 years) until 13-08-2019.
Choose your convenient date when you have met all other requirements

You 5-year is completing 26-4-2018 That's fine but you Job requirement not fulfilled at the moment, You JOb period started after 13-8-2017. During your application your jobs not been counted.

For you job Requirments:
4 Job 6 months.

so far you created total three jobs ( 4 part-time equal 2 job and 1 full time. Total Job=3) if you going as two job 12-month job then need to wait until 31-8-2018.

But 11 JAN New rule came I think you can be used job during Application home office pending check this if you are eligible.

Under the new rules you can use the jobs created during the 12 months before your application date. So you should be ok on job creation

I don't get this point can you pls be more clear on this. I applied for my extension in may 2016 and got my Extension in June 2017. According to new rules, The payslips I run for the waiting period does count or doesn't?
