Dear friends
I would like to ask if was refused twice on ILR 10 years route. After last refusal back in September 2017 I went for PAP which was rejected and then next stage was Judicial Review. The Home office has been accepted ton reconsider the decision With in 3 months.
My question is am I allowed to work now because the application is down in the line.

Please advise me thanks

If your previous visa has expired, then no you cannot work until your ILR is approved and you have a BRP card.

Sorry to mention I have received sealed Consent Order from court and my solicitor has told me you can work now. On my previous immigration status I was allowed to work. I was refused in Sept 2017.

Incorrect. You are still an overstayer and need to be granted ILR to be eligible to work
