ILR for Tier 2 dependent

Hi,
I have obtained ILR in Aug 2016 through 5 yr tier 2 route.My wife and children entered UK in Mar 2012 as Tier 2 ICT dependents and completed more than 5 yrs.
# Could you suggest what documents are required for her to apply for ILR.
# To show maintenance, how much do I need to show per dependent and for how long? She is working and If required funds maintenance showed in her bank statement, will that be sufficient ? Please suggest.
