ILR set(o) 6.1 question

Hi All,
I have my ILR application premium booked on the 17th Apr 2018; while filling the form, Section 6.2; I need some help with 'Reason for absence' section.
I am applying alone, I have 198 days holidays in 5yrs. I am entitled to 28 holidays/year (including bank holidays) from my employer.

1 29/08/2013 04/11/2013 68 Annual Leave [20]+work from home (paid)
2 06/11/2014 29/12/2014 54 Annual Leave [20] +work from home (paid)
3 04/06/2015 10/06/2015 7 Annual Leave
4 13/11/2015 28/12/2015 45 Annual Leave [20]+work from home (paid)
5 27/10/2017 20/11/2017 24 Annual Leave
Total Number of Days 198.
however, in my last three visits, I am absent for 68, 54, 45 days (20 days entitled + extra days to work from home option (paid))
how should I write these extra days work from home to 'absent reason' on section 6.2 table of absences?
