Home office not processing payment for ILR application

Hello everyone ;I sent my application 07/01/18 and home office attempted to take a payment 10/01/18 but my bank declined the transaction.Home office wrote to me on 30/01/18 and asked for new payment details;which I returned on the same day .Since then they have not attempted to take the payment for the sencond time .I rung Barclays to notify them that they will take money and Barclays told me that they have not tried since the first time .I sent the second payment form with special delivery .and it says the package was delivered .Should I be worried that they haven’t taken money ?

They generally write to you to provide an alternative payment method, etc

Thank you for replying;Zimba 88;they wrote to me on 30 jan 2018 and I sent the form back the same day...But they haven’t attempted taking money again ..Should I be worried?

Try to contact the call center. I suppose they will at some point but HO is not great when it comes to efficiency and speed
