Hi Experts

My Wife and 2 kids came to UK in October 2009 as tier 2 dependant , i then got my ilr on long residence and they switched to FLR (M) 2 yeasrs then further extended FLRM for 2 years as wife is studying B1 and Life in uk
She has now passed both above tests and wish to apply for Ilr. Cuurrent FLRM valid till 28 march

While applying for previous FLRM Etx for 2 years they agreed that she dont need to meet financial or maintenance requirment also proviided a letter that further application will be under paragraph 284 or 287 or 295d or 295g .

My question is do we need to meet any financial or maintenance requirement?

Useful if you actually posted ALL the date of her visas and extensions and date you got ILR

I got ILR in MARCH 2014 . Wife and children switched to FLR M march 2014 issued for 2 years then further extended flr M for 2 years in march 16 valid till march 18

please advise

Dependents are on the pre July 2012 rules and therefore only maintenance and accommodation needs to be met.
