Hello Everyone,

I will apply for my Tier 1 Ent ILR next month.

I came in the UK Jan 2008 as student
Tier 1 Ent Intial - April 2013
Tier 1 Ent Extension - Nov 2016

When I asked my solicitor that If ILR get refused for any reason than what will be the scenario as we know that there is no appeal right for PBS application. He advised me that if my ILR refused than I can apply for ILR LR as I have visa until Nov 2018.

I am just thinking all this scenarios if something goes wrong.

Any other suggestion or input appreciated.

Thanks

Why don't you go for ILR on 10 years continuous stay basis rather than tier 1 ILR?

Why would your ILR be refused ??
You cannot get advice for a hypothetical as the next course of action will depend on the reason of your ILR refusal

We have seen a lot of BS from solicitors told to members of this forum but this is a high. Seems solicitor wants the higher fee of ent application.

Thanks for your reply.
raj.m :
1) I have 2 dependents if I go to ILR LR their clock will reset.

zimba88:
2) Only for precaution in initial visa took 13 months and extension took nearly 7 months.
I don't want any last moment headache.

seasky :
yes you are right for solicitors they are asking so much money, as they knows that this is last point to get out money from the client.
