Tier 1 entrepreneur 5 year rout

I have two question. Please help me.
I am going to apply for ILR tier 1 entrepreneur 5 years rout. first got entrepreneur visa 4 april 2013 to 4 april 2016. I got my extension on 23 may 2016 to 23 may 2018.
In my extension i showed i created two employment untill March 2016.. Those employment are continued .....
##My question can i show for my ILR the employment in April and may 2016??? as this time my file was in home office or
I start to show my employment from June 2016???
## one of my employer applied to home office to bring his wife from bangladesh at that time i gave him employer latter . In employer latter I told he is my IT manager. Now If i change the employment post name is it any problem?
