Job creation ILR application

I am on Tier 1 E £200K
Initial visa granted on 05/09/12.
Entered UK 21/09/2012
Extension applied Dec 15, Visa refused Jan end, AR refusal in march 16, Reapplied March 16, Extension approved Nov 16.
I would like to know from experts - As I am pre-April 14, I can show One full time job for 24 months. I have one full time employee since Dec12 till today and will be till October 18 when I will be applying for ILR, Can any period of employment be counted since I applied for extension and got extension after total about 11 months?( from Dec 15 to Nov 16) Or I have to show same full time job when extension was granted ie since Nov 16?
