Upgrade from postal to premium application

Hello everyone ,I want to upgrade from
Postal to premium application for my ILR application I made on 07/01/18.Ive seen the form
Online .My question is ;Is there specific times to email the upgrade request ?

You should send email between 8:00am and midday and first 5 requests are accepted each day, Monday to Thursday. So, make sure you send email at 08:00:00. You will eventually receive "Provisionally Eligible" email if you continue to send email at 08:00:00 Monday to Thursday every day - perhaps it would take several days...
