Hi All,

Sorry if this was asked somewhere else.

I am going to apply for ILR in April from Tier2 G 5 years route.

I had two CCJ's in my records which are more than 3 years old and i had paid them and also got Satisfaction Certificates from the court.

Do i need to mention this in my ILR application ?

Will this have any affect on my Application ?

Please help..

Thanks.

sorry, just red in one of topics, that if it's a Non-Criminal and Non-Conviction and more than 3 years old then don't need to declare, was this incorrect ?
