Dear People,

I really need help here. I will be applying for ILR in 2020 so in 2 year time but I am not sure when to change my name because I actually want to change my name but there is a problem which is that I am not sure when to change my name like before ILR or once I get ILR or after citizenship.

Secondly will that affect my process.

Whichever way you do it, you have to do a deed poll, then change your foreign passport and then your BRP card (visa or ILR).
