ILR depedent Query for depedents

HI
I need help on the below query.
I got my ILR recently and my wife is on Tier2 dependent will be applying ILR in April 2018. My son who is 6 years old staying in UK since 3 and half years.
1) Can i apply ILR for both (wife & son) at the same time? or do i need to wait for my kid till both parents gets ILR?
