Tier2 to ILR - unpaid leave more than 4 weeks

Anybody here knows about if unpaid leave more than 4 weeks will affect application to ILR?
My absence in any continuous month is under 180. However I have two unpaid leave between 30-60 days when I back to home country to for family reason. My employment is continuous during the leave.
Will it be a case? If so, what is the solution, any successful case? Or any proof or document would could help to get ILR?
