PBS Dependent - 180 days absence rule

Hello,

Can someone kindly comment if my ILR Set-O application is at risk of being rejected???

I am currently on PBS dependent visa and will be applying for ILR (5 year residency) in April 2018 as primary applicant. Within Set-O application form section 6 (Immigration History) it asks for details of absence from the UK for the last five years.

I am worried that I might not qualify as during calendar year 2014 (i.e. from 1st Jan 2014 - 31st Dec 2014) I was away from the UK for 195 days instead of 180 days permitted. Could someone please tell me looking at my below immigration history is there a possibility of my ILR application being rejected please?

I entered UK on the 8th March 2013.

From To Absent days
08/03/13 07/03/14 119
08/03/14 07/03/15 147
08/03/15 07/03/16 19
08/03/16 07/03/17 19
08/03/17 07/03/18 0

The absences are not relevant to PBS Dependent visa holders who got their visas before 11th January 2018.
