Hello,

Could I please ask one question regarding the 10 years route to indefinitely leave remain:

For example, if as part of my contract, I am off work 2 months every year (salary paid during this time as I get paid every month equally) but the 2 months aren't annual leave. Therefore I am absent from work as per agreement with the employer 2 months every year but I am not absent from the UK. (I am currently holding Tier 2)

Will this be an issue when I apply for 10 years ILR?
