Start date for 5 year ilr calculation if employment date is before the visa start date

Hello,
I tried to look around for an answer but couldn't find anywhere. Would appreciate help, please. Thank you.
Employment start date 1st June 2013.
Tier 2 Visa BRP date 8th June 2013 (yes, it's later as the visa application was made from within the uk)
Tier 2 visa application date 25th May 2013.
What date should I be eligible to apply for ILR?
Should I consider 28 days prior to the visa date or employment date?
