10 years route ILR, but stayed continues 17 months outside UK

I have continues Uk visa from last 11 years but I stayed altogether 700 days outside Uk, once 17 months, 3 months because of family emergency and another small holidays. I am on Tier 2 Work Permit and my company’s visa sponsorship license is suspended.
Now I am willing to apply for 10 years ILR route.
My case is not very common and I need any experienced advice or anyone familiar with solicitor in london who has dealt this type of case.
